The year 2021 marks the 41th anniversary of dedicated and selfless service to the traditional health practice. Prof Mbaimbai Hlati was born in the year 1951, he is currently residing in Polokwane. Prof Mbaimbai Hlati is a traditional health practitioner who graduated in 1982. After 40years of service to the African traditional health, Prof S.M Hlati positioned himself as the pioneer of sustainable trends and practices in the sector.

He is a effective communicator, mentor Founder & CEO of SADC University Of African Medicine, and leader that took traditional health practice a step further through awareness campaigns on HIV-Aids, ritual killings and moral regeneration.

From this journey SADC UAM was born, to bring formal education and qualifications to the African healing practices, as we are Emancipating Traditional Healing Practices In Our Life Time. In 2020 Prof Mbaimbai was conferred with Doctorate & Professorship in African Medicine, Healing & Facilitation   from Los Angels Development Of Churches (LADC) by Mhlabuhlangene School Of African Medicine.  SADC UAM is a higher learning institution, through Recognition Of Prior Learning practices we are able to conferee degrees in African Traditional Medicine,Biblical, Religious & Theological Studies.
